Virginia Peninsula Clean Business Forum set for Aug. 15
James City County will host the next Virginia Peninsula Clean Business Forum at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15 at the Hot Stacks Restaurant, 6495 Richmond Road, in Williamsburg.
The speaker for this third quarter session of the forum will be John Horne of James City County. His talk will be “Open Space.”
The cost for the program is $8 and it is open to everyone in the community.
The Peninsula Clean Business Forum is a coalition comprised of representatives from local clean community organizations and recycling offices. Localities include the cities of Newport News and Hampton and the counties of James City and York. The purpose of the organization is to promote environmental improvements in the business communities through litter control, recycling and beautification. The forum recognizes businesses who serve as examples for all.
