DJ Montague Elementary School releases fifth-grade supply list

DJ Montague Elementary School has released its supply list for children entering the fifth grade.

Required supplies include seven black-and-white composition notebooks, 48 No. 2 pencils, three packs of 250 count wide-rule loose-leaf paper, two plain pocket folders with three prongs, one box of a 24 crayons, one box of a 24 colored pencils, six glue sticks, one pack of white lined index cards and a Williamsburg library card.

Suggested items include 3-inch by 3-inch self-stick note pads, a bottle of hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes.

In the event classroom supplies need to be replenished during the school year, a reminder will be sent home.

Parents and children should bring all items to school during the open house from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30.

The 2012-13 school year for DJ Montague Elementary School students starts Tuesday, Sept. 4.
