Williamsburg residents are invited to learn more about the free black settlement at Freedom Park during an upcoming historical presentation.

Col. He will also sign copies of his book titled "My Great, Great, Grandfather's Journey," following the presentation.

The event is open to all ages and will be from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25 at Freedom Park Interpretive Center, located at 5537 Centerville Road, in Williamsburg.
