Wells' probation revoked for non-compliance with alcohol program

Anthony Deshon Wells is a defendant in the Williamsburg/James City County Circuit court in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

There was a review hearing at 9 a.m. Aug. 20.

The case, No. CR11020209-01, was commenced by reinstatement hearing Feb. 29.

The defendant was arrested on Dec. 2, 2011, on charges of non-compliance with the Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program.

The result of the Aug. 20 hearing is the defendant's probation has been revoked by judge trial with witnesses. The defendant has been sentenced to four years in jail. He will be subject to two years unsupervised parole.
