Armistead Avenue; Found property; 8:11 a.m. Sept. 5
Merrimac Trail; Family offense, nonviolent child neglect; 1:26 p.m. Sept. 5
Richmond Road; Theft; 11:50 p.m. Sept. 5
Lafayette Street and North Boundary Street; Driving while license is suspended or revoked; 5:30 a.m. Sept. 6

ARRESTS
Richmond Road; James Richard Eastwood, 40, on a charge of being drunk of public and using profane language; Sept. 3
Adams Road; Douglas Omar Castillo Salazar, on a charge of being drunk in public and using profane language; Sept. 5
