James City County Police Department arrest report, Sept. 15-18

The James City County Police Department reported the following arrests from Sept. 15 to Sept. 18:

Sept. 15: Johnathan M. Winters, 21, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol at the intersection of Pocahontas Trail and McLaws Circle.

Sept. 15: Janis A. Ceballos, 66, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol at the intersection of Lake Powell Road and Brookwood Drive.

Sept. 16: Ryan T. Nolen, 32, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol on Neck O Land Road.

Sept. 16: Lyton D. Hollway, 44, was arrested on charges of revocation of suspended sentence and probation. No address was provided.

Sept. 16: Cameron L. Jones, 18, was arrested on charges of annoying phone calls. No address was provided.

Sept. 17: Damell A. Lawrence, 28, was arrested on charges of destruction of property/monument. No address was provided.

Sept. 18: Jermaine D. Spratley, 27, was arrested on charges of absconding from probation supervision in Newport News.
