York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office reports attempted false prescriptions
The York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office is notifying residents about a recent incident involving an attempt to pass off two prescriptions for Aderall and oxycodone that occurred in the Williamsburg area.
The incident was reported Friday, Sept. 28 near the 700 block of Merrimac Trail.
A female entered the pharmacy and attempted to pass off two prescriptions. Suspect is a white female, possibly in her late 30s or early 40s. She did not provide the pharmacist with a name or identification. She was last seen wearing a black dress. No medicines were given to her.
