1:40 p.m.: Officer information on Mount Vernon  3 p.m.: Suspicious incident on Settlement  11:50 p.m.: Officer information on Richmond Road  3:05 a.m.: Drugs, possession of marijuana on Richmond Road    The department reported the following arrest:   Oct. 3: An 18-year-old male was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana on Hunters Glen Court
