The incident was reported near a checkout counter of a department store in the Williamsburg section of York County at 1:20 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4.

According to the report, the female in the attached photo picked up an iPhone that was left by the victim, then left the store with the phone. Assistance is needed in identifying the subject in the photo.
