Williamsburg Christmas Parade scheduled Dec. 1

The Young Emerging Professionals of Williamsburg have scheduled the Williamsburg Christmas Parade for Saturday, Dec. 1.

The event will start at 8 a.m.

According to the organization, "Participants will enjoy walking in the parade with other Yeppies."

Young Emerging Professionals of Williamsburg aims to contribute to the economic and social vitality of the Peninsula area of Virginia's Hampton Roads by providing a forum in which young professionals can develop socially, professionally and civically. The group participates in charitable and community programs, assists one another with professional development and promotes the area's social events.
