The Williamsburg Police Department reported the following incidents between Oct. 23 and Oct. 24:

Oct. 23, 1:32 a.m.: Drunk in public on Library Tavern
Oct. 23, 11:57 p.m.: Driving under the influence of alcohol on Richmond Road
Oct. 24, 6:14 a.m.: Simple domestic assault on Capitol Landing Road

The Williamsburg Police Department reported the following arrests between Oct. 23 and Oct. 24:

Oct. 23: Julio Esquivel Moran, 50, was arrested on a charge of being drunk in public, profane language on Pocahontas Trail

Oct. 23: Clayton Warren Bishop, 40, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery of a family member, third offense on Capitol Landing Road

Oct. 24: Patricia Valentine, 23, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol on Richmond Road

Oct. 24: Robin Smith Simonds, 45, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery of a family member on Richmond Road
